I wanted to let you know that we have finalized our family auto insurance for all (4) members with Plymouth Rock Insurance.  I wanted to thank you for the outstanding customer service that was provided by Kara Kelliher as she is truly a “gem”!   I appreciate the incredible research and effort your team put in to find us the best possible auto insurance rates especially with us being in a little bit of crisis mode with the pending cancellation (Nov 1st) of our insurance with Progressive!  Kara was relentless in making sure we got every possible discount known to mankind and was such a pleasure to speak with on the phone.  She clearly pays incredible attention to detail, and never missed a beat, and always followed up in a timely manner even with my young daughter who required a separate auto policy. 

Just wanted you to know what a model employee you have in her, such a pleasure to work with and wish that we are all so lucky to deal with such a customer success professional!
