Personal Lines Account Manager
South Shore Insurance Agency looking to hire a full time, personal lines account manager.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and client-focused
- P&C insurance license
- Proficiency with Epic agency management system preferred
- 2+ years insurance experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Play an active role in managing accounts to grow customer base
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding coverages, billing and claims
- Build and maintain relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Recommend tailored insurance plans for home, auto, umbrella, rentals, etc.
- Oversee processing of new policies, renewals, endorsements, RMV transactions and cancellations
- Identify and pursue opportunities for cross-selling additional products for account rounding
- Work closely with underwriters and carriers to resolve any discrepancies or issues in policy servicing
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive documentation
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing team and leadership
